PlayStation gift cards and subscriptions are a great way to top up your PlayStation Store wallet, buy games, add-ons or activate your PlayStation Plus membership. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to redeem them.
🛠️ Ways to redeem the code
1. On PS5:
Launch the console and log in to your account.
Go to the PlayStation Store .
Press the △ (triangle) button to open the menu.
Select "..." (More) and then "Redeem Code" .
Enter the 12-digit code and confirm by selecting "Redeem" .
If it is downloadable content, select "Download" .
2. On PS4:
Launch the console and log in to your account.
Go to the PlayStation Store .
Scroll to the bottom of the side menu and select "Redeem Codes" .
Enter the 12-digit code and confirm by selecting "Continue" and then "Confirm" .
If it's downloadable content, select "Continue" and then "Download" .
3. Via web browser:
Visit the PlayStation Store .
Log in to your account.
Click on your profile picture in the top right corner and select "Redeem Code" .
Enter the 12-digit code and click "Continue" .
4. In the PlayStation App:
Open the app and log in to your account.
Tap the PlayStation Store icon.
Tap the menu (three-line icon) and select "Redeem Code" .
Enter the 12-digit code and tap "Continue" .
ℹ️ Important information
The codes are 12 digits long ; if you have a 10-digit code, it is a discount code that is applied at checkout.
The code must match your account region . Codes are region-limited and do not work outside the designated region.
Codes are one-time use and cannot be reused once redeemed.
Some subscriptions require a payment method to be added to your account, even if you're using a gift card.

Games and add-ons : Once redeemed, the content will be added to your library.
